Description

MODULAR STRUCTURE TO REALISE A CLOSED ROOM
The present invention relates to a modular structure to realise a closed room. More specifically, the invention concerns a structure of the above kind allowing to realise a closed room very fast and in any location it is necessary.
The following description will particularly refer to the realisation of a strategic operative room, but it is well evident that the technical teachings according to the invention can be applied to any kind of structure that must be realised very quickly, independently from its final use.
It is known that "shelters" are special containers for particular tasks and with strategic prerogative of easy transportation by any means and fast assembling.
Now, for their realisation different solutions are available, which are surely improvable.
In fact, known solutions are not able to satisfy all the specific more or less particular, and in some cases even very complicated, needings required for these logistic systems.
In view of this situation, the Applicants suggest a solution structurally realised in such a way to be suitable for any specific requirement and needing.
Main object of the present invention is that of realising a modular structure that can be mounted very easily and quickly.
Further object of the present invention is that of realising a structure of the above kind that can be realised of any dimension on the basis of the specific needings.
Still an object of the present invention is that of realising a structure without any inner obstacle, in such a way to allow an optimum exploitation of the available space.
Another object of the present invention is that of realising a structure that is easily transportable by any means and in any suitable location for its use. Further object of the present invention is that of realising a structure having reduced outer dimensions with respect to the surface and to the volume developed, also in function of a good air-borne feature. Still an object of the present invention is that of realising a structure having an optimum resistance to the atmospheric gents.
These and other results are obtained by the present invention by a structure comprising modules having at least on of the two lateral walls providing outwardly openable doors in such a way to realise a central area having its wall comprised of said doors and as floor and ceiling elements hinged to the doors and developing along suitable removable frames.
It is therefore specific object of the present invention a modular structure to realise a closed room comprising at least two modules faced each other, each one of said modules providing at least one wall, placed toward the opposite module, realised by a laterally hinged door, and openable up to reach a 90° position with respect to said module, on said door floor elements being at the bottom hinged and ceiling elements being on the upper part hinged, said floor and ceiling elements coupling when extended with the respective floor and ceiling elements of the door of the other module.
According to a preferred embodiment of the modular structure according to the invention, said at least one wall of each module provides two hinged doors, which can be opened at a 90° position.
Preferably, according to the invention, said two doors have ledges shaped in such a way to be mating each other, so as to couple when are closed and to couple with the corresponding door of the faced module, when opened. Furthermore, according to the invention, said structure can provide a central module (intermediate module) having two longitudinal sides provided with at least one hinged door.
Always according to the invention, a plurality of floor elements is provided on each hinged door, preferably three elements, the first one of which hinged on the same door, and the other ones are hinged each other in such a way to extend up to meet the relevant elements of the door of the other module.
Still according to the invention, said floor elements can slide along the support frame of the same floor. Furthermore, according to the invention, the floor of the structure can provide longitudinal and transverse reinforcement elements, as well as support feet. Furthermore, according to the invention, a plurality of ceiling elements is provided on each hinged door, preferably four elements, the first one of which hinged on the same door, and the other ones are hinged each other in such a way to extend up to meet the relevant elements of the door of the other module.
Still according to the invention, said ceiling elements can slide along guides realised on the upper longitudinal member of each module and on the transverse mebers.
Furthermore, according to the invention, the ceiling of the structure can provide longitudinal and transverse guide and support elements.
Always according to the invention, each module can provide a lateral entrance door.
Preferably, according to the invention, all the doors, lateral walls and floor and ceiling elements are comprised of materials having a high coibentazione level.
Still according to the invention, complementary elements can be provided to realise a perfect realisation of the floor of the room obtained by the structure according to the invention. In an embodiment of the modular structure according to the invention, two modules can be provided side by side, each one of them being provided with a hinged door, said side by side modules being faced to two similar modules, eventually by the interposition of intermediate modules. Finally, according to the invention, a slanting covering structure with a sheet is provided on said ceiling.
The present invention will be now described, for illustrative but not limitative purposes, according to its preferred embodiments, with particular reference to the figures of the enclosed drawings, wherein: figure 1 is a lateral view of an embodiment of a structure according to the invention; figure 2 is a plan view of the structure of figure 1 ; figure 3 is a front view of a module to realise the structure of figure 1 ; figure 4 is a plan view of the module of figure 3 partially cut away and with the door opened; figure 5 is a partially cut away lateral view of figure 3; figure 6 shows a plan view of the floor of the structure of figure
1 ; figure 7 shows some complementary elements of the floor of figure 6; and figure 8 shows a plan view of the support and guide frame of the ceiling of the structure of figure 1.
In the following, making reference to the various enclosed figures, an embodiment of the structure according to the invention will be described using ISO container modules, but it is well evident that the technical teachings according to the invention can be used with modules having different dimensions, and thus not necessarily dimensions according to ISO rules.
Furthermore, the one described is an embodiment described for illustrative and not limitative purposes, since the structure can be realised employing a different number of modules and different dimensions, as already described and as will be defined in the claims.
Observing first figures 1 , 2 and 3 of the enclosed drawings, it is shown a structure according to the invention, comprising two ISO modules
1 , 2, placed faced each other according to their long side, and provided with an entrance door 3 on their short side, having service stair 4, being it possible to provide said door in a different position, or not to provide the same.
On the long side of each module 1, 2 a pair of hinged doors 5, 6 is provided, realised, as will be described later, in such a way to couple with the ledge of the door 5, 6 of the other module 2, 1.
As it can be noted particularly from figure 1 , each module 1 , 2 is provided with support feet 7, while other feet are provided below the floor zone, that will be described in the following in greater detail.
In figure 4 its is possible to note in greater detail the structure of the door 5, 6 of module 1 , hinged on the short walls of the same module 1 and frontally provided with ledges shaped in a complementary way, in such a way to couple with the other ledge of module 2 (1) when the structure according to the invention is assembled.
In this case, two modules 1 , 2 can be transported by tired means, railway cars and aeroplanes, so that the structure according to the invention can be available very quickly everywhere. In case it is wished to realised a bigger structure, it is possible to realise the single modules 1 , 2 with a single hinged door not shown), putting two modules side by side, or realising each module bigger, with two hinged doors. Furthermore, to increase the length dimensions, it is possible to realise an intermediate module (not shown), providing doors 5, 6 on both long sides.
Coming now to particularly observe figure 5, it is possible understand that each module 1 , 2 (as well as the intermediate module, not shown) of the structure according to the invention allows to realise the floor and the ceiling of the same structure.
Single module 1 or 2 provides a plurality of elements 10 (three of them are shown in the figure), hinged each other on the door 5, 6, realising the half of the floor, the other half being realised by the same elements 10 provided in the module 2, meeting centrally each other.
In the same way, single module 1 or 2 provides a plurality of elements 11 (four of them are shown in the figure), hinged each other on the door 5, 6, realising the half of the ceiling, the other half being realised by the same elements 11 provided in the module 2, meeting centrally each other.
Before extending the elements 11 , a support structure 10 is provided, comprising a central longitudinal member 12, a lateral frame 13, sustained by the already mentioned feet 8, with the elements 10 of the single modules 1 , 2 meeting on the longitudinal member 12. In order to complete the positioning of the floor of the the structure according to the invention, the complementary elements 14 (shown in figure 7) are provided, allowing to close all the spaces remaining free among the various elements 10 and the doors 5, 6.
Also for the ceiling of the structure according to the invention, before extending the elements 11 , three members are placed, two of which, indicated by reference number 14 are transverse members, and one, indicated by the reference number 15 is a longitudinal member, on which, the elements 12 couple and the same element 12 slide, respectively. In order to obtain a better protection of the structure according to the invention, a slanting covering structure with a sheet could be provided, preventing the direct contact between the ceiling of the whole operative room with respect to the atmospheric agents.
The present invention has been described for illustrative but not limitative purposes, according to its preferred embodiments, but it is to be understood that modifications and/or changes can be introduced by those skilled in the art without departing from the relevant scope as defined in the enclosed claims.
