Abstract

The invention concerns 'Romradiatoare' high efficiency radiating elements for heat exchangers designed for internal combustion engines, air conditioning equipment, central heating stations, industrial equipment and other applications. The problem the invention solves is that of manufacturing high functional performance level heat exchangers by using radiating elements with an U-shaped circuit of the internal fluid, achieved by the use of the same shape bent tubes (1), which have a circular cross section in the area curved by a certain radius, and which have sections other than circular, i.e. elliptical, oval or flat-oval, profiled after bending, in the bent sides area having a direct contact with the fins (2). The invention also concerns the manufacturing method for heat exchangers, starting from a new method for the manufacturing of tubes (1) that make up the 'Romradiatoare' radiating elements, method based on the profiling of tubes after bending.
