Abstract

The invention relates to a corrosion-resistant light-metal layer system which contains a substrate made of a light metal such as aluminium, titanium or magnesium on which a protective layer is deposited. Microparticles containing a liquid active ingredient are incorporated into the protective layer. When it is released said active ingredient spreads over the surface of a damaged area of the layer system and in this way protects the surface.
