Abstract

The invention relates to a method for obtaining biologically active dimers of recombinant human growth factors from the cysteine knot family, using cellular inclusion bodies, whereby the inclusion bodies are solubilized in an aqueous medium in the presence of a reducing agent known per se, the solubilized product is subjected to a suitable chromotographic step and returned to active confirmation by means of a redox or reducing agent known per se.
