Abstract
The invention relates to a membranous chamber-type accumulator, particularly used in hydraulic system of aircraft or automobile industry with special requirements for shock-prevention, impact-reduction and security. The accumulator includes a separator body that is positioned in a hollow chamber defined by an upper casing and a lower casing and is connected with the two casings. The upper casing consists of a nozzle and a cap and the lower one consists of a metal bellows that is connected with a flange and a separating plate. Said separator body consists of a first separator connected coaxially with one or more other separators. Each of the first separator and other separators consists of a metal bellows connected with a valve plate and a separating plate. The accumulator can operate in wide range of temperature between 60 °C and 280 °C with good properties of shock-absorbing and impact-resisting and thus its service life is longer.
