Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for implementing a scheduled-call function in a communication system (KS), wherein specific additional information (zti) about the date and time of the scheduled call are inputted when said call is activated and further recorded in the communication system (KS). When the scheduled call is outputted together with the call itself, the specific additional information (zti) can be extracted or retrieved. It is thus possible to obtain a non-ambiguous attribution of the scheduled call and the purpose of this call.

FIG 1 zeigt beispielhaft eine Kommunikationsanordnung zur Eingabe, Aktivierung und Ausgabe der erfindungsgemäßen Terminruf-Funktion. Die Kommunikationsanordnung besteht aus einem Kommunikationssystem KS, an welches über eine Anschlußleitung ASL ein Kommunikationsendgerät KE - hier ein digitales ISDN-Telefon - angeschlossen ist. Das Kommunikationsend- gerät KE weist eine die Kommunikationssystem- und die Kommunikationsendgeräte-spezifischen Leistungsmerkmale - z.B. Terminruf-Funktion - steuernde Steuereinheit ST auf. Desweiteren weist das Kommunikationsendgerät KE ein Mikrofon MC und einen Lautsprecher LA zur Erfassung und Wiedergabe von Sprachinformationen auf, wobei das Mikrofon MC und der Lautsprecher LA beispielsweise in einem Telefonhörer HO integriert sind. Im Kommunikationsendgerät KE ist ein mehrere Bedien- und Funktionstasten - nicht dargstellt - aufweisendes Tastenfeld TF angeordnet, über das z.B. - durch Betätigen der Bedientasten - die für den Aufbau einer Verbindung erforderlichen Wählinformationen eingegeben oder - durch Betätigen der Funkti- onstasten - Kommunikationssystem-spezifische Leistungsmerkmale - z.B. ISDN-Leistungsmerkmale - und Kommunikationsendge- räte-spezische Leistungsmerkmale - z.B. elektronisches Telefonbuch - steuerbar sind. Desweiteren können über die im Tastenfeld TF angeordneten Bedientasten zusätzliche alphanu- merische Informationen - z.B. Datum und Uhrzeit eines Termins repräsentierende Terminruf-Informationen ti oder erfindungs- gemäße zusätzliche Termin-spezifische Informationen zti - eingegeben werden. Weiterhin ist im Kommunikationsendgerät KE eine Anzeigevorrichtung AZ - z.B. Display - zur Anzeige von beispielsweise eingegebenen Wählinformationen oder zur Ausgabe von alphanumerischen Informationen angeordnet. Im Kommunikationssystem KS ist eine Steuereinheit STK angeordnet, der ein im Kommunikationssystem angeordneter Speicher SP zugeordnet ist. In der Steuereinheit STK ist ein die erfindungsge- mäße Terminruf-Funktion realisierendes Steuerprogramm TAR angeordnet bzw. aktiv - durch ein punktiertes Rechteck dargestellt. Zwischen der im Kommunikationssystem KS angeordneten Steuereinheit STK und der im Kommunikationsendgerät KE angeordneten Steuereinheit ST werden die für die Bereitstellung des Leistungsmerkmals "Terminruf" erforderlichen Terminruf- Informationen ti und die zusätzlichen Termin-spezifischen Informationen zti über die Anschlußleitung ASL ausgetauscht und entsprechend weiterbehandelt - z.B. durch Konvertierung in durch die Anzeigevorrichtung AZ darstellbare Anzeige- Informa- tionen oder durch Umwandlung in ein im Speicher SP speicherbares Datenformat.
