Claims

P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e : Patent claims:

Ballschlaggerät, insbesondere Tennis-, Squash- oder Badminton-Schläger, mit einem eine Schlagfläche umfassenden Kopf sowie einem daran angeschlossenen Schaft mit Griff, wobei die Schlagfläche durch mindestens eine über Kreuz gespannte Saite definiert ist, die zu diesem Zweck durch radiale Bespannbohrungen in einem den Kopf des Ballschlaggerätes begrenzenden Rahmen hindurchgeführt sind, insbesondere unter Zwischenschaltung eines sogenannten Nietenbandes (10) , das in die Bespannbohrungen des Kopfrahmens plazierbare Bespannhülsen (11, 12) umfaßt, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß zumindest über einen Teil des Kopfrahmens (16) und/oder des Nietenbandes (10) die radial äußeren Abschnitte (13, 13') zwischen zwei in Umfangsrichtung des Kopfrahmens (16) bzw. Nietenbandes (10) benachbarten Bespannbohrungen (17 bzw. 18) bzw. Bespannhülsen (11, 12) , über die beim Bespannen der Schlagfläche die Saite (n) geführt ist bzw. sind, jeweils wenigstens zwei unterschiedlich hohe Stege (14, 15 bzw. 14', 15') zur alternativen Umlenkung der Saite (n) umfassen.1.
