Abstract
Kimchi storing container capable of storing food which are easy to be oxidized such as Kimchi for long time period by minimizing a contact of air against contents by means of separately forming an inlet and an outlet. A small diametric outlet is separately formed at bottom portion of a container main body formed with an inlet at top, which are screwed by hermetic sealing stoppers respectively, and a hermetic sealing pack contained with weight particles is put into interior, and a bottom plate of its bottom surface is inclinedly formed.
Description
KIMCHI STORING CONTAINER
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a fermented food storing container capable of storing for long time a food which may be easy to be oxidized such as a Kimchi by minimizing a contact of air against contents by means of separate formations of inlet and outlet.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
The Kimchi is a Korean conventional peculiar food and fermented food, which is recently recognized in worldwide in nutrient and taste and thereby has become a food to be exported to every country of the world. However, since it has a shortcoming becoming to be easily oxidized, it is a present situation that its storing method is now being researched to various ways, and particularly, in a container for storing this, since a container has been used which was mostly formed with inlet and outlet by one such as jar, there has been a disadvantage that an oxidation was quickened whereby the taste was decreased due to more contact of air.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
The present invention is invented in storing the Kimchi to provide a container capable of storing the Kimchi without oxidizing for long time period by minimizing a contact of air.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
FIG.l is a perspective view showing a present invention which is partly cut out, and
FIG.2 is a longitudinal cross sectional view of the present invention.
EXPLANATION OF REFERENCE NUMERAL FOR MAJOR PARTS OF THE DRAWINGS.
1 Container main body 2 : Inlet 3 Outlet 4,5 : stopper 6 Weight particle 7 : Sealing pack 8 Bottom plate
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Explaining a gist of the present invention more in detail by the accompanying drawings, it will be as follows.
A small diametric outlet 3 is separately formed at bottom of a container main body 1 formed with inlet 2 at top, in which sealing stoppers 4, 5 are screwed in respectively, a sealing pack 7 contained with weight particles 6, 6' is put into interior, and a bottom plate 8 of its bottom surface is inclinedly formed .
Unexplained reference numeral 9 is Kimchi. Explaining an operation and effect of the present invention as above more in detail, it will be as follows.
Firstly, in case of putting in the Kimchi and the like into the container main body 1, after putting in the contents through an inlet 2 by opening a sealing stopper 4 at top, a sealing pack 7 contained with weight particles 6, 6' is laid on the contents and then the stopper 4 is closed again. Wherein the sealing pack 7 formed by containing a relatively heavy weight particles 6, 6' made of particles such as ceramics or natural stones within a flexible pack of bag form is possible to be changed in shape and form even if the inlet 2 is relatively narrow whereby it is possible to be put into interior of container, and when it is spread evenly on top surface of the foods, the Kimchi and the like is pressed and pushed to downward by its own weight and simultaneously an air
introduced among gaps of the Kimchi and the like may be got out and at the same time there would be an effect isolating off an inflow of air in double by a hermetic sealing of the top stopper 4, and therefore a contact of air against the Kimchi is decreased whereby an oxidation of the Kimchi is delayed. And, in case of taking out the Kimchi and the like from the container, since it is taken out from the small diametric outlet 3 at bottom different than before, and since always the Kimchi pressed from top toward down is filled without space up to the outlet 3, there is no introducing space of air whereby a contact of the air is decreased as much as that, and even if the Kimchi is taken out, since it is filled by the Kimchi again by sliding through the inclined bottom plate 8 to its space, when the stopper 5 is sealed after taking out the Kimchi, the interior space is always maintained with hermetically sealed state.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
Thus, there is effects that the Kimchi can be stored as it is for long time period by preventing an oxidation via isolation of air contact against Kimchi and simultaneously an exterior emission of carbonic acid gas and the like produced from Kimchi fermented
by minimum air via top hermetic sealing whereby a replenishing flavor of the Kimchi produced by this is doubled and thereby preferably a taste of the Kimchi is increased. By constructing the weight particles 6, 6' contained within the sealing pack 7, a farther infra-red ray may be generated so that there is effect that an oxidation of the Kimchi is suppressed and simultaneously a nutrient of the Kimchi is maintained due to this. And, even if various foods or salted fishes and the like which have much in oxidation worry other than the Kimchi are pickled and stored, since they can be stored for long time period without oxidation by an operation as aforementioned, it can be used as a storing container of other various foods.
Thus, in accordance with the present invention, an inlet and an outlet of the container are separately formed and a contact of air is minimized by a hermetic sealing pack and a sealing stoppers whereby an oxidation of the Kimchi is prevented and can be stored for long time period and at the same time a taste and nutrient of the Kimchi are also increased.
Claims
1. Kimchi storing container which is characterized in that a small diametric outlet 3 is separately formed at bottom portion of a container 1 formed with an inlet 2 at top, which are screwed by sealing stoppers 4, 5 respectively, and a hermetic sealing pack 7 contained with weight particles 6, 6 is put into interior thereof and a bottom plate 8 of its bottom surface is inclinedly formed.
