Abstract
The present invention is made such that an inserting groove is formed to an inserting means main body, a number of convex and concave rings are formed to external circumference of supporting pipe protruded within the inserting groove, several protrusions are protruded at bottom end of the inserting ring formed in multiple with taper type pressing piece in single body and then inserted to few coupling grooves formed to the inserting grooves and thereby when the synthetic resin hose is inserted and connected by tightening the tightening nut, the inserting ring is not rotated, and there is no case to be deformed because the hose is not rotated when the taper type pressing pieces firmly press the hose, and there would be no case that water is leaked because the connecting hose makes the convex and concave surface along the convex and concave rings formed to the supporting pipe whereby closely compressed and connected.
Description
SYNTHETIC RESIN HOSE CONNECTING MEANS
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin hose connecting means capable of connecting without water leakage at connecting portion upon connecting the synthetic resin pipes.
BACKGROUND ART
Heretofore, in order to prevent water leakage, an inserting groove is formed to a connecting means main body made of metal, a number of recessed rings are formed to external circumference of inner supporting pipe, O-ring made of anti-thermal resin is inserted, a tightening nut and a tightening ring are inserted to outer end of synthetic resin pipe, and a tightening nut is tightened to a threaded portion formed to the body so as to be closely connected, however, since when it is used for long time by connecting as this, not only water leakage phenomenon is occurred by an aging effect of synthetic resin hose and O-ring made of anti-thermal resin but also manufacturing process is complicated, therefore there has been a problem that mass production is difficult, and since the flexible pipe connecting means of Utility Model
Publication 95-7034 filed by me and then published had a problem that when a pressing piece tightens by a tightening nut by inserting an inserting ring formed by a single body, the inserting ring and the connecting pipe become to be rotated together as the pressing piece presses the connecting pipe whereby the connecting pipe is deformed.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
In order to solve the problems as this, the present invention is made such that an inserting groove is formed to an inserting means main body, a number of convex and concave rings are formed to external circumference of supporting pipe protruded within the inserting groove, several protrusions are protruded at bottom end of the inserting ring formed in multiple with taper type pressing piece in single body and then inserted to few coupling grooves formed to the inserting grooves and thereby when the synthetic resin hose is inserted and connected by tightening the tightening nut, the inserting ring is not rotated, and there is no case to be deformed because the hose is not rotated when the taper type pressing pieces firmly presses the hose, and there would be no case that water is leaked because the connecting hose makes the convex and concave surface
along the convex and concave rings formed to the supporting pipe whereby closely compressed and connected .
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
FIG.l is a cross sectional view of a part of developed state of the present invention, and
FIG.2 is a cross sectional view of a part of using state of the present invention.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention made as this will be described more in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In an article in which threaded portions 2, 2a are formed to both sides of a connecting means main body 1 made of metal and an inserting groove 3 is formed at one side and a supporting pipe 4 is protruded to inner side of the inserting groove 3, a number of convex and concave rings 5 are formed to external circumference of the supporting pipe 4 , several coupling grooves 6 are formed at predetermined intervals within the inserting groove 3, few coupling protrusions 6a are formed at bottom end of the known inserting rings 7a formed in multiple with taper type
pressing piece 7 in single body so that the coupling protrusions are inserted and coupled, and a synthetic resin hose 8 is inserted and then tightened by a tightening nut 9 to the threaded portion 2 so as to be able to connect.
Explaining the operation and effect of the present invention made as these, it will be as follows.
To an article in which threaded portions 2, 2a are formed to both side of the connecting means main body 1 and a supporting pipe 4 is formed to be protruded to inner side of the inserting groove 3 formed at one side and a number of convex and concave rings 5 are formed at external circumference and several coupling holes 6 are formed within the inserting groove 3 at predetermined intervals, several coupling protrusions 6a formed at bottom end of an inserting ring 7a in multiple with taper type pressing pieces 7 in single body are inserted and coupled, and then when a synthetic resin hose 8 is inserted and tightened to the threaded portion 2 by a tightening nut 9, since the tightening nut 9 compresses a number of taper type pressing pieces 7 to the supporting pipe 4 side formed at inner side of the inserting groove 3 from external circumference, the hose is compressed to the convex and concave rings 5 formed in multiple to the supporting pipe 4 whereby
closely contacted with forming the convex and concave surface, and at this moment, since several coupling protrusions 6a formed at bottom end of the inserting ring 7a formed with taper type pressing piece 7 in single body are coupled to the several coupling holes 6 formed within the inserting groove 3 , in case of tightening by the tightening nut 9, since the synthetic resin hose 8 to be connected with the inserting ring 7a is not rotated, not only the hose 8 is not deformed but also the inserting ring 7a is not rotated, and therefore no damage is given to the hose 8 surface by the taper type pressing pieces 7 and thereby a water leakage during using is made to be almost nothing.
Claims
1. Synthetic resin hose connecting means which is made such that in an article in which threaded portions 2, 2a are formed to both sides of a connecting means main body 1 made of metal and an inserting groove 3 is formed at one side and a supporting pipe 4 is protruded at inner side of the inserting groove 3, a number of convex and concave rings 5 are formed on external circumference of the supporting pipe 4 and several coupling holes 6 are formed within the inserting groove 3 at predetermined intervals, few coupling protrusions 6a are formed at bottom end of known inserting ring 7a formed in multiple with taper type pressing pieces 7 in single body so that the coupling protrusions 6a are made to be inserted and coupled to the coupling holes 6.
