Abstract

Solche Vorrichtungen sind in vielfältiger Weise bekannt und in Gebrauch. So wird beispielsweise in der DE-OS 29 48 949 ein Implantationselement dargestellt, welches einen Durchgang mit einer Flanscheinrichtung zur Befestigung, eine Verankerungsflanscheinrichtung zur Errichtung einer biologischen Verankerung, eine Einrichtung zur Gewebeübertragung sowie eine Einrichtung mit Poren zur Minimierung des Blutverlustes aufweist. Dieses Implantationselement ist sehr aufwendig in den menschlichen Körper einzusetzen. Ferner wird in der US-PS 4, 183, 357 ein dauerhaftes Implantatelement dargestellt, welchem ein abnehmbarer Beutel zugeordnet ist . Jedoch sind sie hinsichtlich der Sichtbarkeit, der Handhabung und der Sicherheit sehr nachteilig ausgestaltet. So ist beispielsweise die Möglichkeit, Sport zu treiben, sehr eingeschränkt, da mit einem Kolostomiebeutel sowohl die Beweglichkeit einschränkt ist, aber auch nicht die Sicherheit gegeben ist, daß bei heftigen Bewegungen nicht plötzlich der Kolostomienbeutel verrutscht und der Inhalt sich nach außen ergießt . Ferner bleibt der Kolostomiebeutel nach außen für andere deutlich sichtbar, was dazu führt, daß der Träger sich z. B. beim Schwimmen nicht sehr wohl fühlt . Desweiteren ist die Handhabung in Bezug auf das Wechseln des Kolostomiebeutels ohne geschultes Pflegepersonal nicht möglich.Both DE-OS 29 48 949 and US Pat.
