Description

Anlage zur Herstellung mindestens eines Wirkbandes mit umhä- kelten GummifadenPlant for the production of at least one knitting belt with crocheted rubber thread
Technisches GebietTechnical field
The invention relates to a system for producing at least one knitted belt with crocheted rubber threads according to the preamble of claim 1.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
In the case of a normal knitted band, the elastic threads are not sufficiently anchored and the knitted fabric slips around the elastic threads when the band is used. To prevent this, a separately wrapped or crocheted rubber thread must be processed, which is very expensive. Today, the following methods are known for the production of knitted tapes with non-slip rubber threads.
A bare rubber thread is spun on a wrapping machine. It is a cost-intensive process that is carried out on expensive and noisy machines. Another method is to crochet a bare rubber thread using a separate crochet machine. Although this method is somewhat cheaper than the spinning process, it is nevertheless cost-intensive in terms of the method and the device. Among other things, a major disadvantage of the crochet process is that the number of stitches per unit length of the pre-crocheted Rubber thread should be coordinated with the corresponding number of stitches of the finished knitted band, which is difficult to achieve due to the elasticity of the rubber thread. Since the knitting tape and the crocheted rubber thread are produced separately in terms of time and location, there are also problems with the color matching of the crocheting thread and the thread of the warp fringes of the knitting tape. The separate production of the crocheted rubber threads, their intermediate storage, their coordination with the warp knitting fabrics to be produced and the winding of the crocheted rubber threads on a warp beam for the production of the warp knitting fabrics is very complicated, cost-intensive and therefore hardly suitable for use.
A third possibility is that knitting ribbons are made with bare rubber threads and at the same time a melting thread is knitted over the width of the ribbon. The disadvantages of this method include the high price of the additional melt thread, the additional melt treatment and the fact that an additional weft rod is required to guide the melt thread.
From DE-A-43 28 951 it is also known to knit a rubber thread directly in the course of producing a knitted band. For this purpose, two binding threads are used, one of which, as a stationary binding thread, always knits around the same rubber thread and the front and the rear weft thread. The other binding thread is jumping and meshes only with the weft thread lying on one side and forms stitches around a first rubber thread and around a small, odd number of successive front and rear weft threads. The second binding thread then jumps to an adjacent second rubber thread and forms an equal number of successive front and rear weft stitches. The manufacturing process is relatively complicated and the tape so produced has one only inadequate wrapping of the gium filaments and is therefore unsuitable for high-quality products but only for simple products such as upholstery tapes.
From DE-A-22 64 297 it is known to arrange a knitting device for wrapping on a weaving machine. However, this system is very complicated and expensive, since two fundamentally different textile machines, i. a weaving machine and a knitting machine are combined so that parts of one unit cannot be used for the other. In addition, the synchronization of the two units is difficult, which has a disadvantageous effect on the tissue to be produced.
Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention
The object of the invention is to design a system of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the disadvantages mentioned are avoided.
The object is achieved in the installation of the type mentioned by the characterizing features of claim 1. The fact that a crochet device with enveloping needles, sheath thread layers and gui thread layers is assigned to the belt knitting device at the same time means that the crocheting of the rubber threads is carried out on-line in synchronism with the production of the knitted belt on the same system. As a result, the rubber threads are made available in the quantity and make-up required for the knitting of the knitting band, and the guiding of the crocheted rubber threads to the band knitting device takes place very precisely, so that the knitting band is of high quality in a simple and inexpensive manner can be made. Since only as much crocheted rubber thread is produced as is necessary for the knitting process, the crocheted rubber thread is always available for production and there is practically no waste. The knitted tape produced in this way has an optimal quality, since it keeps the crocheted rubber thread non-slip, in particular through its own crocheting of the rubber thread and through the additional connecting fringes. When cutting the knitted tape produced, the rubber thread also does not jump inward, but essentially remains in its position. The system is also particularly simple, since the same principles are used for wrapping and working the strip, so that the components and drives can be combined with one another in a simple manner.
Advantageous configurations of the system are described in claims 2 to 11.
In principle, the system can be designed such that only one knitting belt is produced on it, but the usual embodiment according to claim 2 is more advantageous, according to which a plurality of belt knitting devices are present on a system, which produce a corresponding number of knitting bands at the same time.
There are various possibilities for assigning the crochet device to the knitting device according to the invention. Claim 3 describes a particularly simple solution, according to which, in addition to the band knitting device, a crochet device for producing the crocheted rubber threads is arranged at the same time, the rubber threads emerging from the crochet device being fed via a deflection device to the band knitting device, so that corresponding tools in the same way with the band knitting device Work step on the one hand the crocheted rubber thread and on the other hand the knitted bands can be produced. The crocheted rubber threads and the knitting bands are therefore produced synchronously, with only the crocheted feed being fed Rubber thread to the belt knitting device offset by the deflection takes place. The use of the same laying bars for the tools of the crochet device and of the knitting device results not only in a simple structure of the device but in particular also in an exactly synchronous production of the crocheted rubber threads in relation to the production of the knitted band. The rubber thread guide of the crochet device can be arranged on a separate laying bar or, according to claim 4, on the same laying bar as the rubber thread guide of the band knitting device, so that both thread guides execute exactly the same movements.
With regard to the withdrawal of the crocheted rubber thread from the crochet device, a separate take-off device can be provided. However, a configuration according to claim 5 is particularly advantageous, according to which the same take-off device is used for the band knitting device and the crochet device.
Claim 6 describes a further advantageous embodiment of the system, according to which the crochet device is arranged upstream of the tape knitting device. Both devices can be provided with separate drives, but preferably have a common drive. The drive can be designed in such a way that the crochet device and the knitting device work exactly synchronously and thus produce the same number of stitches per cm. If necessary, however, the transmission ratio of the drive to the wrapping device can be changed, so that the crocheting has a different number of stitches per cm than the knitted fabric produced. The crocheted rubber threads can be fed to the band knitting device in a direct connection or preferably by means of a transport device according to claim 7. This allows the crocheted rubber threads to be fed to the tape knitting device controlled more precisely and preferably the pretension of the rubber thread can be set separately. The crochet device is advantageously arranged over the knitting device according to claim 9.
An embodiment of the system according to claim 10 is particularly advantageous, according to which the crochet device is assigned a rubber thread feed device with preferably adjustable belt tension, so that the rubber thread can be given a pretension suitable for the knitting process at the belt knitting station.
The warp threads for the band knitting device and the covering threads for the crochet device can be fed by means of separate thread feeders. However, an embodiment according to claim 11 is particularly advantageous, according to which the threads are arranged on a common warp beam.

Wege zur Ausführung der ErfindungWays of Carrying Out the Invention
Figures 1 and 2 show a rubber thread 2, which may consist of natural or synthetic rubber material. The rubber thread 2 is crocheted with a hooking thread 4. The covering thread 4 forms a fringe, the stitches 6 of which enclose the rubber thread 2. The rubber thread 2 crocheted in this way is designated as a whole by 8.
Die umhäkelten Gummifäden 8 sind mittels Schussfäden 12,14 miteinander verbunden, wobei Verbindungs¬ fransen 16 aus Kettfäden 18 die Verbindung zwischen den Schussfäden 12,14 an den einzelnen umhäkelten Gummifäden 8 herstellen.FIG. 3 shows a knitted band 10 made of crocheted rubber threads 8 from FIGS. 1 and 2 in the detail and in cross section. The crocheted rubber threads 8 are connected to one another by means of weft threads 12, 14, connecting fringes 16 made of warp threads 18 producing the connection between the weft threads 12, 14 on the individual crocheted rubber threads 8.
A belt knitting device 20 shown in FIG. 4 and one in FIG FIG. 5 of the crocheting device each form part of a system for producing a knitting tape 10 with integrated crocheted rubber threads 8. The tape knitting device 20 and the crocheting device 22 are arranged side by side in pairs. A system can be designed for the production of a single knitting band 10, in which case only one band knitting device 20 and one wrapping device 22 are present, or for the simultaneous production of several knitting bands, so that a corresponding number of band knitting devices 20 and crocheting devices 22 arranged in pairs are arranged side by side , as indicated in FIG. 6 using the example of a warp beam 24, which is used for the simultaneous production of five knitting bands 10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d. The warp beam 24 provides the respective warp knitting devices 20 and crocheting devices 22 arranged in pairs with warp threads 18 for the production of the connecting fringes 16 and crochet threads 4 for the crocheting of the rubber threads 2 according to FIGS. 1 to 3 for the production of the warp knitting bands.
The band knitting device 20 shown in FIG. 4 is of a conventional type and contains a reciprocating bar 26 to which knitting needles 28 are fastened, which are supported on a knock-off bar 30. The knock-off bar 30, together with a guide bar 32, forms a guide gap 34 for pulling off the knitting belt 10 by means of a pull-off device 36 to be led. For the production of the knitting belt 10, rubber thread layers 46 are arranged on a laying bar 44 and feed crocheted rubber threads 8 to a knitting point 47. Weft thread layers 48, 50 also feed the weft threads 12, 14 to the knitting point at which the threads are bound by means of the warp threads 18 mentioned. For this purpose, warp thread layers 52 are used, which are driven Laying bar 54 are fastened and put the warp threads 18 coming from the warp beam 24 around the knitting needles 28, so that when the knitting needles are withdrawn corresponding stitches are knocked off on the knock-off beam 30. To monitor the warp threads 18 are used warp thread monitors 56 which scan the warp thread between two guides 58. The laying bar 44 for the rubber thread layer 46 and the laying bar 51 for the weft thread layer 48, 50 are guided back and forth in a bearing block 60, the bearing block also executing an up and down movement. Corresponding drives are known in large numbers, for example from DE-30 34 253 A1 or CH-661 305, so that in the present context these drives no longer need to be discussed in detail.
The crocheted rubber thread 8 fed to the band knitting device 20 is now produced in the same system with the crocheting device 22 arranged next to the band knitting device, which is shown in FIG. 5, so that the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals. To manufacture the crocheted rubber thread 8, a bare rubber thread 2 is fed by means of a feed device 61, the rubber thread 2 being removed from a storage container 62 by means of a first transport device 64 from rollers 66 and being fed to a second transport device 68, which is also out Rollers 70 is formed. The drive between the two transport devices 64, 68 can be set in such a way that the bare rubber thread 2 is fed with a certain pretension. The pre-tensioned rubber thread then runs via a thread monitor 72 and a deflection roller 74 to the crochet point 76, a rubber thread layer 46a feeding the rubber thread to the enveloping needles 28a. The rubber thread layer 46a is in turn arranged on the laying rod 44, which is mounted in the bearing block 60, as already described above. 1 to 3 are already used for crocheting described hooking threads 4, which are drawn off from the warp beam 24 and fed to the knitting needles 28a by means of a sheath warp thread layer 52a, which then each form the enveloping fringe on the bare rubber thread 2. The crocheted rubber threads 8 are drawn off by the same take-off device 36, which also pulls the knitting bands 10 out of the knitting point. However, the crocheted rubber threads 8 are not fed like the knitting belt 10 to a winding device 42 but via a deflecting device 78 with deflecting rollers 80 to the knitting point 47 of the associated knitting device 20, as can be seen in FIG.
FIG. 7 shows a further system for producing a knitting band of the type shown in FIG. 3, this system having a band knitting device 20 of the type shown in FIG. 4, to which a crochet device 82 is not connected as in the system of FIGS. 4 and 5 but upstream . The crochet device 82 of FIG. 7 is constructed analogously to the tape knitting device 20 and in turn contains enveloping needles 86 arranged on a bar 84, which are guided to and fro in a knock-off bar 88. A guide bar 90 is arranged in front of the knock-off bar 88, with which it forms a guide gap 92 for removing the crocheted rubber thread 8. The bare rubber thread 2 is in turn fed through a feed device 94, which can be designed analogously to that of FIG. The rubber thread 2 is fed to the crochet point 102 via rubber thread layers 96, which are arranged on laying rods 98, which are in turn guided back and forth on a bearing block 100 and up and down. Wrapping thread layers 104 are arranged on a laying bar 106 and in each case insert the wrapping thread 4, which is fed in a known manner via corresponding thread monitors 108, into the enveloping needles 86. A common drive 110 with a schematic is used to drive the belt knitting device 20 and the crochet device 82 indicated branch 112 for the knitting machine 20 and a likewise schematically indicated branch 114 for the crochet device 82. This ensures a synchronous drive between the knitting device 20 and the sheathing device 22. If necessary, a control gear (not shown in more detail) can also be arranged in the branch 114 in order to provide the crochet device 82 with a drive speed which differs from the belt knitting device 20 and thereby the number of stitches per unit length compared to the number of stitches per unit length to change the tape knitting device 20. The crocheted rubber threads 8 produced by the crochet device 82 can either be fed directly to the belt knitting device 20 or via a separate transport device 116 which, for example, has two rollers 118 over which the crocheted rubber threads are guided.
