Abstract

Pour couper transversalement des bandes transportées sur un support, de préférence des bandes de papier ou de matière plastique, deux rouleaux rotatifs (5, 6) disposés de préférence au-dessus de la bande (2) sont chacun munis d'une lame supérieure (5', 6') qui coupe la bande (2) à un moment qui peut être réglé en fonction de la vitesse de transport. Conformément à l'invention, les sections de bande coupées par le deuxième rouleau à lame (5) sont enlevées alternativement dans deux directions. Ce procédé convient donc particulièrement au découpage de bandes imprimées lorsque des sections non imprimées à éliminer séparent les sections imprimées.
