Abstract

Dismountable and salvable structure for pillars and supports of buildings, comprised of an anchoring plate (10) which may be levelled by means of lower anchoring nuts screwed on threaded anchoring bars (8) which are independently positioned by means of perimetral and interior stirrups (12) before pouring the concrete. After pouring the concrete on the base, the anchoring plate is fixed by means of upper anchoring nuts (2) and is used as a levelling base for the modules of the pillars which are provided with trussed beam wings (6), nuts for anchoring the closures (4), and gaps (7) for the passage of utilities. Thereby, such system may be provided as structural elements in disassembled conditions, together with a manual of instructions to enable the building firm or constructor to mount such system with its own labor.

Description

1.- Reduction in labor costs (shuttering, ironwork, masonry, etc.) since the system does not require specialized labor.
2.- The essential idea is that the assembly can be carried out based on welds) to obtain a recoverable structure that can be dismantled, transported to another place and reassembled in another construction with the advantages of speed and cost that this implies.
3.- On the other hand, since the pieces can be made in the area in which it is intended to be built, the costs of loading, transportation and unloading can be minimized if they are of a considerable size.
4.- Possibility of serving the structural elements of the system without assembly, providing a construction manual so that the construction company can assemble it with its own labor.
5.- Possibility of reusing the modules within the same construction that will be developed by zones.
6.- All the pieces and the system in general can be welded.
Therefore, the present intention of the construction system is due to the current shortage of construction work. qualified and at the high cost of it as well as the need to increase yields to achieve an adequate relation in term-quality-cost.
Construction is carried out in a series of phases that we will describe.
1a fase, 1st phase,
It refers to the reception and leveling of anchor plates and bases.
Once the layout and excavation of trenches and footings and of profiles and compacted by manual and / or mechanical means have been carried out, a cleaning concrete layer will be poured and on this, separated by the corresponding dowels, the corresponding grills or reinforcement of shoes and tie beams and as the concrete is being poured, the clubs will be received in this concrete, which will come in one piece, as plumb and level as possible, leaving below the level of the anchor plates sufficient space to level the plate with the lower nuts. Once the plates are leveled, the upper nuts are placed to fix them, solidify and fill the lower part of the plate with concrete.
