Description
COMPOSITION POUR L'HYGIENE BUCCO-DENTAIRE ET SON PROCEDE D'UTILISATION.
La présente invention concerne une composition pour l'hygiène bucco-dentaire comprenant un agent microbien associé à des vésicules de lipides amphiphiles et un procédé d'utilisation de cette composition.
Il est bien connu que des bactéries sont à l'origine des affections bucco-dentaires telles que la plaque dentaire et les caries. Les bactéries responsables sont principalement Streptococcus sanguis, Streptococcus mutans et Streptococcus salivarius.
Il est connu d'utiliser des agents antibactériens pour inhiber la croissance de ces bactéries, en particulier pour la prévention de la plaque dentaire.
Les agents antibactériens connus dans ce but sont notamment les bis-biguanidohexanes, et particulièrement le 1,6-bis (p-chlorophénylbiguanido) hexane (chlorhéxidine) et le 1,6-bis-(2-éthylhexylbiguanido) hexane (alexidine), et les diphényléthers halogènes comme le 2',4,4' -trichloro 2-hydroxydiphényléther (triclosan). Parmi ces composés, la chlorhéxidine s'est révélée la plus efficace contre la plaque dentaire, (voir : ADDY.M - JENKINS.S- ET NEWCOMBE.R - J.CLIN.PERIODONTOL. - 1990 - 17(10) - 693-7).
Cependant, à la concentration nécessaire pour obtenir un effet antiplaque, il est bien connu que la chlorhéxidine tache et ternit les dents. Aussi son utilisation ne peut-elle être que discontinue. On cherche donc un moyen pour diminuer la concentration en chlorhéxidine des compositions utilisées, tout en maintenant l'efficacité de la chlorhéxidine afin de pouvoir l'utiliser en continu.
On sait, par ailleurs, que certains lipides amphiphiles possèdent la propriété de former des phases mésomorphes dont l'état d'organisation est intermédiaire entre l'état cristallin et l'état liquide et que, parmi eux, certains sont susceptibles de gonfler en présence d'une solution aqueuse pour former une phase lamellaire puis, après agitation, former des vésicules ou sphérules dispersées dans une phase aqueuse. Ces vésicules sont formées par des feuillets sensiblement concentriques constitués d'une ou plusieurs couches multimoléculaires, de préférence bimoléculaires, encapsulant une phase aqueuse.
Les vésicules susmentionnées peuvent être préparées par de nombreux procédés. Selon un premier procédé, qui est par exemple décrit par BANGHAM et al. (J. Mol. Bio., 13, 1965, pages 238 à 262), on dissout la phase lipidique dans un solvant volatil, on forme un film mince de phase lipidique sur les parois d'un flacon par évaporation du solvant, on introduit la phase à encapsuler sur le film lipidique et on agite le mélange mécaniquement jusqu'à obtention de la dispersion de vésicules à la taille désirée ; on obtient ainsi une dispersion aqueuse de vésicules encapsulant une phase aqueuse, la phase aqueuse encapsulée et la phase aqueuse de dispersion étant identiques. Selon un second procédé, décrit par exemple dans FR-A-2 315 991, on prépare la phase lipidique par mélange du (des) lipide(s) amphiphile(s) et des éventuels additifs, à une température où le mélange est fondu, si le mélange n'est pas liquide à température ambiante ; on forme une phase lamellaire, par introduction de la phase aqueuse à encapsuler ; puis on disperse la phase lamellaire sous forme de vésicules, à l'aide d'un ultra-disperseur, d'un homogénéiseur ou d'ultrasons, dans une phase aqueuse de dispersion. Dans une variante de ce procédé, la formation de la phase lamellaire ne constitue pas un stade séparé du procédé. Les vésicules obtenues par ces deux procédés sont généralement de type "multifeuillet". Pour obtenir des vésicules de type "monofeuillet", on peut utiliser un procédé qui consiste à solubiliser le mélange lipidique par l'octyl glucoside et à former les vésicules selon l'enseignement de FR-A-2543 018. Cette énumération de procédés n'est aucunement limitative et l'invention est applicable quel que soit le procédé de fabrication des vésicules de la présente invention.
Il est connu par US-A 4767 615 de préparer à partir de lipides amphiphiles ioniques tels que la phosphatidylcholine, la lécithine ou la L-distéaroyl lécithine, des vésicules (ou liposomes) encapsulant un actif cosmétique ou pharmaceutique pour le traitement de la plaque dentaire ou de la carie, en particulier des fluorures. Selon USA 4767 615, on fixe le liposome à la surface des dents à l'aide d'une molécule ayant une affinité pour l'hydroxyapatite de la surface des dents, par exemple le L-alpha phosphatidyl inositol 4,5-diphosphate. Selon ce brevet il est donc nécessaire, pour avoir une action suffisamment efficace sur les dents, d'utiliser une composition
comprenant au moins trois éléments, qui est donc relativement difficile à préparer et d'un prix de revient élevé.
Selon la présente invention on a trouvé qu'en utilisant des vésicules de lipides amphiphiles non-ioniques encapsulant des agents antibactériens, il était possible d'avoir une action efficace sur la plaque dentaire et les caries, sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'utiliser un agent de fixation des vésicules sur l'émail des dents. En effet, on a trouvé qu'en encapsulant les agents antimicrobiens dans certaines vésicules de lipides amphiphiles ci-après définies, on accroît l'activité de ces agents antimicrobiens. Cette potentialisation de l'activité de l'agent antimicrobien permet, en particulier, de diminuer la concentration des compositions d'hygiène bucco-dentaire en chlorhéxidine et, par conséquent, d'utiliser plus fréquemment la chlorhéxidine en évitant l'inconvénient du ternissement des dents.
La présente invention a donc pour objet une composition pour l'hygiène bucco-dentaire comprenant, dispersées dans une phase aqueuse de dispersion, des vésicules préparées à partir d'une phase lipidique contenant au moins un lipide amphiphile, au moins un agent antimicrobien étant encapsulé dans lesdites vésicules, caractérisée par le fait que la phase lipidique desdites vésicules contient au moins un lipide amphiphile non-ionique.
On a également constaté que les compositions selon l'invention étaient particulièrement stables dans le temps et que, dans le cas des compositions de dentifrice, les vésicules de lipides amphiphiles non-ioniques n'affectaient pas le caractère moussant recherché des pâtes dentifrices.
L'agent antimicrobien est, de préférence, choisi dans le groupe formé par la chlorhéxidine et ses sels, l'alexidine et ses sels, l'octinidine et ses sels, l'hexamidine et ses sels, le triclosan, la sanguinarine, le chlorure de N-cétyl pyridinium, le chlorure de benzalkonium, le chlorure de benzethonium, le phénoxyéthanol et les mélanges de ces composés.
Les agents antimicrobiens préférés, selon l'invention, sont les sels d'addition de la chlorhéxidine tels que les digluconate, diformiate, diacétate, dipropionate, dichlorhydrate, dilactate, dinitrate, sulfate et tartrate et plus particulièrement le digluconate de
chlorhéxidine vendu, par exemple, en solution aqueuse à 20 % de matières actives par la société "ICI" sous la dénomination commerciale
"HIBITANE" OU "ARLACID G".
Dans les compositions selon l'invention, le(s) agent(s) antimicrobien(s) est (sont) présents) dans des proportions comprises entre 0,005 à 2 % et, de préférence entre 0,01 et 0,5 % en poids par rapport au poids total des compositions, ces proportions étant calculées en agent(s) antimicrobien(s) sous forme de base(s) libre(s).
Les lipides amphiphiles non-ioniques sont, de préférence, choisis dans le groupe formé par :

(a) une chaîne aliphatique, linéaire ou ramifiée, saturée ou insaturée, contenant de 12 à 30 atomes de carbone ; ou les radicaux hydrocarbonés des alcools de lanoline ;
(b) un reste R'1CO, où R'1 est un radical aliphatique, linéaire ou ramifié, en C11-C17 ;
ou :

(2) les éthers ou esters de polyglycérol, linéaires ou ramifiés, comportant deux chaînes grasses ;

(4) les éthers de polyols ;
(5) les esters de polyols, oxyéthylénés ou non ;
(6) les glycolipides d'origine naturelle ou synthétique ;
Dans les dérivés de polyglycérol définis au point (1), le radical Ri aliphatique linéaire saturé est, de préférence, un radical lauryle, myristyle, cétyle, stéaryle, arachidyle, béhényle, lignocéryle ou un mélange de ces radicaux ; et le radical Ri aliphatique non saturé est avantageusement un radical palmitoléyle, oléyle, linoléyle, arachidonyle.
Les composés définis au point (3) ci-dessus sont avantageusement des alcools en C12 à C22 portant 2 à 20 unités oxyde d'éthylène (O.E.). Le stérol est, avantageusement le cholestérol, portant 2 à 20 unités d'O.E. De même, le phytostérol peut avantageusement porter 2 à 20 moles d'oxyde déthylène.
Les éthers de polyols définis au point (4) ci-dessus sont, de préférence, des alkyléthers de polyol en C2 à C7.
Les esters de polyols définis au point (5) ci-dessus sont, avantageusement, des esters de sorbitol ou d'anhydride de sorbitol.
Les glycolipides utilisables comme lipides amphiphiles non-ioniques selon le point (6) sont, avantageusement, les cérébrosides.
On peut, selon l'invention, incorporer dans la phase lipidique des additifs, qui permettent de diminuer la perméabilité des vésicules, et/ou des lipides chargés destinés à améliorer la stabilité des vésicules, en prévenant leur floculation et leur fusion, et à permettre l'augmentation du taux d'encapsulation.
On peut notamment associer aux lipides amphiphiles constitutifs des vésicules au moins un additif choisi dans le groupe formé par :
- les stérols et leurs dérivés par exemple oxyéthylénés, plus particulièrement le cholestérol, le sulfate de cholestérol acide et ses sels alcalins et le phosphate de cholestérol acide et ses sels alcalins ;
- les alcools et diols à longue chaîne ;
- les esters phosphoriques d'alcools gras, par exemple le dicétylphosphate et le dimyristylphosphate sous forme acides ou de sels alcalins ;
- les sels monosodiques ou disodiques d'(acyl en C14-C22)- glutamates, tel que le sel monosodique de l'acide N-stéaroylglutamique, les sels disodiques avec des radicaux acyle du coprah et du suif ou encore les radicaux cocoyle et stéaroyle.
Les vésicules ont avantageusement un diamètre moyen compris entre 10 et 1 000 nm.
La phase lipidique des vésicules, contenant au moins un lipide amphiphile non-ionique et, le cas échéant, au moins un additif du type susmentionné, représente avantageusement de 0,05 à 12 % et, de préférence, de 0,1 à 5 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition. L'additif stabilisant représente avantageusement moins de 10 % du poids total des lipides amphiphiles non-ioniques constitutifs de la phase lipidique membranaire des vésicules non-ioniques de la composition. Selon un mode préféré de réalisation, la phase lipidique des vésicules est constituée exclusivement de lipide(s) non-ionique(s) associé(s), le cas échéant, à un ou plusieurs additif(s).
Les compositions d'hygiène bucco-dentaire selon l'invention renfermant des vésicules de lipide(s) amphiphile(s) nonionique(s) encapsulant au moins un agent antimicrobien, peuvent se présenter sous diverses formes et notamment sous forme de sprays, de mousses, de bains de bouche, de gargarismes, de pâtes et de gels dentifrices ou dentaires.
Ces compositions contiennent donc également, de préférence, les ingrédients généralement utilisés dans les produits pour l'hygiène bucco-dentaire dans la mesure où ils n'altèrent pas la stabilité desdites compositions, en particulier des vésicules. Ces ingrédients sont, généralement, introduits dans la phase aqueuse de dispersion des vésicules.
Les ingrédients usuels dans les produits pour l'hygiène bucco-dentaire sont, par exemple, des agents de polissage, des tensioactifs, des agents de cohésion, des agents moussants, des agents épaississants, des agents peptisants, des agents antibiotiques, des agents édulcorants, des humectants, des rafraîchissants, des agents conservateurs, des agents aromatisants ou de sapidité, des agents plastifiants, des agents anticaries, des agents antitartre, des cicatrisants, des vasomoteurs et des agents antisaignement.
Les proportions et la nature des différents agents contenus dans la composition selon l'invention dépendent de la forme de ladite composition. Il est bien entendu que la composition peut contenir plusieurs types d'ingrédients et/ou plusieurs ingrédients d'un même type.
Par exemple, si la composition est sous forme de spray, elle peut contenir des substances aromatiques, des agents peptisants, des agents édulcorants, humectants ou rafraîchissants.
Si la composition est sous forme de bain de bouche, elle peut comporter des agents moussants, éventuellement des agents épaississants, des huiles essentielles, des édulcorants et des substances aromatisantes.
Lorsque la composition est sous forme de gargarisme, elle peut également contenir un dérivé pharmaceutiquement actif tel qu'un antibiotique.
Lorsque la composition est sous forme de gel dentaire,elle peut contenir des agents pharmaceutiquement actifs sur la gencive, tel qu'un agent antisaignement.
Lorsque la composition est sous forme de pâte dentifrice, elle peut contenir un agent de polissage et un agent de cohésion.
Les agents de polissage sont des abrasifs d'origine minérale ou organique constitués par un ou plusieurs composés, en grande partie insolubles dans l'eau. On peut citer, comme agents de polissage utilisables dans les pâtes dentifrices, les métaphosphates de sodium ou de potassium, le phosphate de calcium dihydraté, le phosphate dicalcique, le phosphate tricalcique, le pyrophosphate de calcium, l'alumine, les alumines hydratées et, en particulier, trihydratées, les silices, les silicates d'aluminium ou de zirconium, la
bentonite ainsi que l'orthophosphate de magnésium ou le phosphate trimagnésien. Lorsque la composition est sous forme de gel transparent, on utilise la silice colloïdale, ou un aluminosilicate de métaux alcalin ou alcalino-terreux, de préférence de sodium ou calcium. Ces agents de polissage sont utilisés en quantités allant jusqu'à 95 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition. Dans les pâtes dentifrices, la proportion d'agent de polissage est comprise entre 6 et 70 % en poids par rapport au poids de la composition, de préférence, entre 15 et 25 %.
Les agents tensioactifs utilisés sont des agents tensioactifs suffisamment stables et moussants. Les agents tensioactifs utilisables peuvent être de nature anionique, amphotère, zwitterionique, cationique ou non-ionique ; on utilise, de préférence, des agents tensioactifs anioniques ou non-ioniques. De façon générale, les tensioactifs peuvent représenter jusqu'à 20 % en poids de la composition, de préférence de 0,5 à 5 %.
Les agents de cohésion peuvent être choisis parmi les épaississants naturels tels que les alginates et les pectines, les gommes naturelles comme la gomme adragante, les gommes de xanthane, les gommes de guar, les gommes de caroube ou de carraghénanes ou des épaississants synthétiques, en général dérivés de cellulose comme le sel de sodium de la carboxyméthylcellulose, la méthylcellulose ou les hydroxyalkylcelluloses ou des acides polyacryliques réticulés comme ceux vendus sous la dénomination commerciale "CARBOPOL" par la société "GOODRICH". Les agents de cohésion peuvent être incorporés dans des proportions allant jusqu'à 10 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition, de préférence dans des proportions de 0,5 à 3 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition.
L'agent édulcorant utilisable peut être le saccharose, le lactose, le fructose, le xylitol, le cyclamate de sodium, le maltose, le saccharinate de sodium, les mélanges alpha-glucosyl/steviolglucoside, le D-mannitol, l'aspartame, l'acesulfam K et leurs mélanges. Ces agents édulcorants sont généralement présents dans des proportions allant jusqu'à 2 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition.
Comme agent humectant, on peut citer le sorbitol, le glycérol ou le xylitol. Les agents humectants sont, de préférence, présents dans des proportions allant jusqu'à 50 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition.
Parmi les agents rafraîchissants, on peut citer le menthol ou l'éthylmaltol.
Les agents conservateurs sont introduits pour assurer une bonne pureté bactériologique des formulations. Ceux-ci peuvent être, par exemple, le parahydroxybenzoate de méthyle et le parahydroxybenzoate de propyle. Ils sont utilisés en proportions pouvant aller jusqu'à 0,5 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition.
Comme substances aromatisantes ou de sapidité, on peut citer les essences de menthe, d'anis, d'eucalyptus, de cannelle, de girofle, de sauge, de réglisse ou de fruits comme le citron, l'orange, la mandarine ou la fraise ; on peut, éventuellement, également utiliser le salicylate de méthyle. Les substances aromatisantes, quand elles sont utilisées, peuvent représenter jusqu'à 5 % en poids de la composition.
L'invention concerne également un procédé d'hygiène bucco-dentaire consistant à appliquer dans la cavité buccale une composition à usage bucco-dentaire telle que décrite ci-dessus.
L'application peut être réalisée par gargarisme, bain de bouche, dispersion, projection, brossage ou application avec le doigt ou avec un tampon sur les dents.
Les exemples illustrant l'invention présentés ci-après ne sont donnés qu'à titre purement illustratif et ne sauraient être interprétés comme limitant la portée de l'invention.
EXEMPLE 1: Préparation d'un bain de bouche contre la plaque dentaire.
On fond, en agitant doucement à une température de
95° C, un mélange de 1,9 g de lipide non-ionique de formule :

formule où n est une valeur statistique moyenne égale à 3 et où
-C3H5(OH)O- est représenté par les structures suivantes prises en mélange ou séparément :
dans laquelle R est un mélange de radicaux alkényle et/ou alkyle en C13-C21 dérivé des acides gras du suif, vendu sous la dénomination commerciale " ACYLGLUTAMATE HS 11" par la société "AJINOMOTO".
On introduit dans le mélange fondu 8 g d'une solution aqueuse portée à 80° C, contenant 0,06 g de matières actives de digluconate de chlorhéxidine ("ARLACIDE G" vendu à 20 % de matières actives par la société "ICI") et un conservateur et l'on mélange pendant environ 5 mn. A la phase ainsi obtenue, on ajoute 12 g d'eau à 20° C ; on agite le mélange quelques minutes puis on affine le mélange par un passage dans un homogénéiseur haute pression à 500 bars (Rannie).
Lorsque la température atteint environ 40° C, on ajoute un arôme puis on complète à 100 g par de l'eau à température ambiante contenant un conservateur et l'on agite doucement jusqu'à retour à la température ambiante.
Le bain de bouche obtenu utilisé régulièrement deux fois par jour pendant 1 mois ne provoque pas le ternissement des dents.
EXEMPLE 2 : Préparation d'un bain de bouche contre la plaque dentaire
On fond, en agitant doucement à une température de

. R est un mélange de radicaux C14H29 et C16H33,
dans laquelle R est un mélange de radicaux alkényle et/ou alkyle en C13-C21 dérivé des acides gras du suif, vendu sous la dénomination commerciale "ACYLGLUTAMATE HS 11" par la société "AJINOMOTO".
On introduit dans le mélange fondu 4 g d'une solution aqueuse portée à 80° C contenant 0,06 g de matières actives de digluconate de chlorhéxidine ("ARLACIDE G" vendu à 20 % de matières actives par la société "ICI") et un conservateur et l'on mélange pendant environ 5 mn. A la phase ainsi obtenue, on ajoute 6 g d'eau à 20° C ; on agite le mélange quelques minutes puis on affine le mélange par un passage dans un homogénéiseur haute pression à 500 bars (Rannie).
Lorsque la température atteint environ 40° C, on ajoute un arôme puis on complète à 100 g par de l'eau à température ambiante contenant un conservateur et l'on agite doucement jusqu'à retour à la température ambiante.

On prépare une pâte dentifrice ayant la composition suivante :

La phase A est préparée comme la composition de l'exemple 2 sauf que les quantités de lipide non-ionique, de glutamate et de digluconate de chlorhéxidine ont été multipliées par 10.
Le dentifrice obtenu a un bon pouvoir moussant et facilite l'élimination de la plaque dentaire.
EXEMPLE 4 : Activité du digluconate de chlorhéxidine
On a étudié à titre comparatif sur des cultures de :
- Streptocoque sanguis qui est une souche anaérobie,
- Streptocoque mutans OMZ 176 qui est un germe associé à la carie,
- Streptocoque salivarius qui est un germe prédominant dans la salive,
- Actinomyces viscosus,
l'activité de trois compositions :
- la composition A selon l'invention est préparée comme dans l'exemple 1 et a la composition suivante (en % en poids) :

On a mesuré sur les cultures traitées par les compositions A, B et C le coefficient de croissance et le temps de latence.
Les résultats sont donnés sur les histogrammes figurant sur les annexes 1 à 3.
Les histogrammes donnés en annexe 1 montrent l'absence d'effet sur le coefficient de croissance et sur la phase de latence pour les quatre souches utilisées de la composition vésiculaire ne contenant pas de chlorhéxidine.
Les histogrammes donnés en annexes 2 et 3 montrent qu'à la concentration de 0,06 mg/ml de digluconate de chlorhéxidine l'encapsulation du digluconate de chlorhéxidine dans des vésicules de lipides amphiphiles non-ioniques permet d'obtenir un effet supérieur ou égal à 20 % sur la diminution du coefficient de croissance et sur l'augmentation du temps de latence pour les trois streptocoques utilisés.
Il y a par conséquent potentialisation de l'effet bactéricide du digluconate de chlorhéxidine pour la composition selon l'invention.

(a) une chaîne aliphatique, linéaire ou ramifiée, saturée ou insaturée, contenant de 12 à 30 atomes de carbone ; ou les radicaux hydrocarbonés des alcools de lanoline ;
(b) un reste R' 1CO, où R'1 est un radical aliphatique, linéaire ou ramifié, en C11-C17 ;
(c) un reste ^

6 - Composition selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que, parmi les dérivés de polyglycérol définis au point (1) de la revendication 5, le radical R1, lorsqu'il est aliphatique linéaire saturé, est choisi dans le groupe formé par un radical lauryle, myristyle, cétyle, stéaryle, arachidyle, béhényle, lignocéryle ou un mélange de ces radicaux ; et lorsqu'il est radical aliphatique non saturé, est choisi dans le groupe formé par un radical palmitoléyle, oléyle, linoléyle, arachidonyle ou un mélange de ces radicaux.
7 - Composition selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que les composés définis au point (3) de la revendication 5 sont
choisis dans le groupe formé par les alcools en C12 à C22 portant 2 à
20 unités d'oxyde d'éthylène, le cholestérol portant 2 à 20 unités d'oxyde d'éthylène et le phytostérol portant 2 à 20 unités d'oxyde d'éthylène.
8 - Composition selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que les éthers de polyols définis au point (4) de la revendication 5 sont des alkyléthers de polyols en C2 à C7.
9 - Composition selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que les esters de polyols définis au point (5) de la revendication 5 sont des esters de sorbitol ou d'anhydride de sorbitol.
10 - Composition selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que les glycolipides définis au point (6) de la revendication 5 sont des cérébrosides.
11 - Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée par le fait qu'est incorporé dans la phase lipidique des vésicules au moins un additif choisi dans le groupe formé par
- les stérols et leurs dérivés ;
- les alcools et diols à longue chaîne ;
- les esters phosphoriques d'alcools gras ;
- les sels monosodiques ou disodiques d'(acyl en C14-C22)- glutamates.
12 - Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée par le fait que les vésicules ont un diamètre moyen compris entre 10 et 1 000 nm.
13 - Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée par le fait que la phase lipidique représente de 0,05 à 12 % du poids total de la composition.
14 - Composition selon la revendication 11, caractérisée par le fait que l'additif représente moins de 10 % du poids total des lipides amphiphiles non-ioniques des vésicules non-ioniques de la composition.
15 - Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle se présente sous forme de spray, de mousse, de bain de bouche, de gargarisme, de pâtes et de gels dentifrices ou dentaires.
16 - Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle contient au moins un ingrédient choisi dans le groupe formé par les agents de polissage, les agents tensioactifs, les agents de cohésion, les agents moussants, les agents épaississants, les agents peptisants, les agents antibiotiques, les agents édulcorants, les humectants, les rafraîchissants, les agents conservateurs, les agents aromatisants, les agents plastifiants, les agents anticaries, les agents antitartre, les cicatrisants, les vasomoteurs et les agents antisaignement.
17 - Procédé d'hygiène bucco-dentaire consistant à appliquer dans la cavité buccale une composition pour l'hygiène buccodentaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16.
18 - Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé par le fait que l'application est réalisée par gargarisme, bain de bouche, dispersion, projection, brossage ou application avec le doigt ou avec un tampon sur les dents.
