Abstract

The invention relates to a structural element for buildings containing interconnected flat thin sheets being well suitable for walls or floor constructions. The advantageous feature of the invention lies in that it contains perpendicularly arranged building sheets (4) with a low bending stiffness. On one of the connecting sheets (4) there are bores (1, 2) running parallel with the plane thereof, while said fitting bores in the other sheets are perpendicular to the plane. Synthetic resin, particularly two-component epoxy-resin is filled into said bores. After having filled up the bores (1, 2) with the synthetic resin clamping pins (3) are inserted. In such a manner the building sheets thus interconnected - by forming main ribs (5), transversal ribs (6) and lateral faces (7) - result in walls (8) or left-in formworks (11) thereto, joist ribbed floor constructions (14) or by forming flanged beam constructions (16). A further advantage of the invention lies in that in the thin flat building sheets (4) bores (1, 2) are bored in compliance with pitches according to plan; after having cleaned the bores (1, 2) with pressurized air and removed suspended contaminations by vacuum suction, the cleaned bores (1, 2) are filled with an adhesive, preferably epoxy resin. In course of the next operative step pins made of metal and heated to 100 to 140 °C are introduced into said holes, in such a manner viscosity of the high-strength epoxy resin can be reduced; adhesive is impregnated into the building sheet or we push pins (3) made of metal or wood into the bores of the building sheet, having been filled previously with adhesive.

Description

STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS FOR BUILDINGS AND THE METHOD
FOR THE FORMATION THEREOF
TechnicaI fields
The invention relates to a structural element for bui ldings which is wel l suitable for constructing bui ldings, at the same time it can be appl ied economical ly in tne field of civi l engineering. The invention relates also to the method, in the course of wh i c h the structural element is formed by interconnecting thin flat bui lding sheets. Background art
There were trials to create l ightweight structures for bui ldings. One of these construetions is when the sheets used to be fixed onto frames made of wood or metal , with which - in accordance with necessity heat - or sound insulating materials are bui lt-in. These solutions, so e.g. bui lding sheets, boards of high qual ity - being chipboards, plaster boards with synthetic or gypsum binding materials, or concrete plates in a thickness of 40 to 100 mm - can be used as frame-fi I Iers or cover sheets only. It is a weI I- -known fact that in respect to dimensions these sheets offer an unlimited choice and by virtue of their technical parameters they are wel l suitable for erecting particular constructions.
General ly bui lding sheets used to be fixed by using nai ls or setscrews. As it is known, these solutions suffer from the disadvantage that in course of preparation the material to be fixed is damaged, fixing means are corroded, as a consequence useful life of these constructions is fairly restricted. In aggressive environments expensive coatings do not provide for reliable fixing methods either.
The aim of the invention is partly to eliminate drawbacks of known solutions, utilizing mechanic features of building sheets in a most economical way to produce Ioad- -bearing wall and floor constructions having been fixed in a most reliable way.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is based on the recognition that the structural elements made of flat building boards can be dimensioned for mantle-pressure, shear and tensionirg at the interconnected sheets by selecting the proper fixing pins, thus by choosing the proper size of sheets (thickness) as wel l as by the suitable pitch of the fixing pins, economical load-bearing constructions wil l be avaiIabIe for the builcing industry.
We also recognized that in course of fixing with pins a state occurs in which, in course of preparing the bores sheets get destructed unavoidably, thus by using a heated pin, upon the effect of lubricant viscosity gluing material penetrates into the texture of the sheet, accordingly not only homogenity of the material will be restored but around the pin strength can be increased. Glue is bonding on the mantle of pins too, in such a manner complete organic connection can be established between building sheet and pins.
Accordingly, the invention relates to structural elements for buildings and constructions, including thin interconnected sheets being well suitable for walls, floor constructions in such a manner that thin building sheets with a low bending stiffness are arranged perpendicularly to each other, whi le in one of the connecting bui lding sheets there are bores running paral lel , whi le on the other sheet fitting bores are to be found running perpendicularly to the plane. In said bores synthetic resin is to be fi l led, most advantageously two-component epoxy resin; thereafter, fixing clamping pins are arranged in the bores having been fi l led up previously with synthetic resin, so the bui lding sheets thus interconnected - with the simultaneous formation of main ribs, transversal ribs and lateral boards - are forming wal ls or cradl ings left therein, joist r i b b e d floor or by forming flanged beam constructions.
With a preferred embodiment of the invention there are at least two steel bars running paral lel with the plane of the bui lding sheet, on the bottom or on the bottom and top part welded to a perforated flat steel , or any other simi lar means taking up compressive or tensi le forces, fixed to the bui lding sheet by means of fixing clamping pins.
Simi larly, the invention relates to a method for forming elements for bui lding constructions, in course of which thin bui lding sheets are interconnected by means of pins and in such a manner, in so far as bores are formed in the thin bui lding sheets in pitched distances in compl iance with plans, said bores are cleaned with pressurized air, thereafter suspending contaminations detached from the borewi l l be removed favourably by vacuum-suction, thereafter, the bore thus cleaned is fi l led with a gluing material , e. g. two-component epoxy resin; in the fol lowing operative step pins made of metal and heated to a temperature of 100 to 140ºC are led into the bores, thus reducing viscosity of the high-strenght epoxy resin; adhesive is impregnated into the building sheet or into the bores having been fi l led with adhesive pins made of wood or some synthetic material are inserted.
The structural element for building purposes enables the application of flat building sheets in a wide circle.
The advantageous feature lies in that said sheets, e,g. wooden boards, laminar glued boards, chipboards, chipboards with cement or gypsum as binding material, or even a plaster board, the more, concrete plates in a thickness of 40 to 100 nm can be interconnected into load-bearing walls, floor constructions in a most simple way, by fixing by a glued pin. Said structural elements for building purposes can be wel l applied with any object, representing a high technical level, forming multi-purpose building elements.

Figure 2 i l lustrates the structural element consisting of the bui lding sheets 4 having been assembled into the wal l 8 by means of the pins 3. Figure 2 i l lustrates the lateral faces 7, as we I I as the main ribs 5 and the perpendicular transversal ribs 6 formed by the bui lding sheets 4, in this manner, by virtue of the pins inserted into the bores 1, 2 a rigid load-bearing wal l 8 is obtained.
Figure 3 shows the structural bui lding element, serving here as a left-in formwork 11. Lateral faces 7 of the left-in formwork 11 formed by the structural bui lding sheet 4, are fixed by means of the pins 3 introduced into the bores 1, 2 to the distance piece 9. As it becomes obvious from the figure, the central distance piece 9 is interrupted, due to the penetration of the concrete 10 fi l ling the left-in cradle 11.
