The level (21) corresponds to the tilted position of a flower-pot by means of an additional angled (32) floor. The level (23) is the pot's position for a long-duration water supply, the container's sealable holes (8,8') being stopped. The pots are provided with a porous slub having a semirigid and semiresilient (18) metal structure. On level (23), the floor is replaceable by a cover made non-sealing (3), having a stabilizing-edge (4) completed with an additional stand (49) with a transparent edge (4'), useful in case of strong wind.

Description

It takes all forms (cylindrical, c bic, cubic rectancle, oval or in regular polyhedron) "Its upper face, forming a cover rendered non-waterproof (3) with internal (51) or external (52) fitting supports either a small border ( 4) slightly inclined, that is to say a vertical lateral border always opaque (12) in continuation of the lateral wall of the base (2) delimiting the base of the flowerpot. This base is pierced with a slit in the shape of a cross (53) to correspond to the different drainage holes of the flower pots, through which the porous wick with metal frame (7) or the wick of the hydrating mat passes through. (1) described below. The base of the eocle container rests on a base (54) of low height. A base container intended to receive a few flower pots (55) or a base container intended to receive a row of flower pots (56) * is constructed in one piece comprising the transparent or translucent wall AB of the container - water base (2) and the wall of the upper lateral border (12). There is no base. Instead of the cover, it supports a removable floor (9) placed on studs (11) arranged and integral with the interior face of the opaque side wall. This wall the teral supports three stepped lines of these tenons (11). L 1 lower stage (21), for a normal position of the flowerpot on its removable floor (9) is located at the base of the opaque wall, De making a little above the line ma xima of the level of the container- transparent base. An intermediate stage (22) for using the removable floor (9) with a large hole (57 '), the floor (9) forming a border-collar and with another type of floor to use the additional floor in angle lt vif (32) and thus obtain the inclination of the flowerpot. An upper stage (23) for using the entire base container, in a container with a large capacity for reserving water by plugging the hole (s) closable (s) (8-8 f ) in the event of prolonged absence of care (holidays). This last floor, at level (23) is replaced by a cover made non-watertight (3) supporting a hard bor¬ (4) slightly inclined and sufficiently high, to support the flowerpot in case of strong wind, there is- adding a stabilizing base-base (49) for the con¬ content-base. If the wall "opaque side (12) is inclined β -ée scope tenons levels (22) and (23) is elongated to use the same floor (2). The opaque wall veal ni- of these pins is thicker, in proportion, to avoid too much lateral movement of the floor. Depending on the size and shape of the floor (9), it will support cross slots (53), star (53 '), y (53 ") asymmetrical con¬ centric (5 : ' ) or a large hole (57') corresponding to the passage of the base of the flowerpot, the plank orming flange resting on the studs (1). This board has the advantage of being used at level (22) for the inclination of the flowerpot, without the need to use the expensive additional corner plan with sharp edges (32) with easy passage. wick (7) ^ equipping the flowerpot. The long floor (9 ')' supports three asymmetrical slots (10) over almost its entire length, or in continuity solution corresponding to the placement of each flowerpot, or notches (17) on its peripheral border like the other floors intended to receive the moisturizing mat described below »These notches (17) allow passage to the filling water without the need to move the flowerpot. A closable disgorgement hole (8) is drilled near the upper bor of the transparent base, at level 21 r possibly on the level line (22) (8 '). The base container is constructed in two parts. The transparent lower part (1) AB supports, near its upper edge, a closable hole (8) and the upper opaque part (12) with its three stages of tenon-support-floors (11). Their casing is hermetic and waterproof. The dimensions are the same, the height of the wall of the transparent base being at least equal to half the height of the opaque side wall. The hole (8) under the level (21) remains or green under normal conditions of use, especially for pedestal containers with side walls exposed to the weather, located on balconies, terraces, gardens, etc. It is closed only to obtain the maximum water level (23) in the event of prolonged absence, the flowerpot being on the floor or the cover on the upper level (23) of the studs (11). The excess water is poured over the upper edge or through the edge of the cover, which has been made leaktight. The obturation of this hole is obtained by various devices such as cork stopper, small screw plug with its anti-loss chain, rotary slide on axis with its nipple joint (like 28), zipper on flat seal slide progressive, rotating light disc, without it being necessary to describe them further. The filling of the base container is done by hand, through slots or notches in the floor, lifting the flowerpot if necessary. If the flowerpot is very large, the base container is provided with an opening on its cover (58) with a flap cover (59) as well as handles or gripping cornices (60). In the undesirable case where the base container is completely opaque, a water level control tube (38) is added which is arranged against and projecting from one or both side walls. Its upper part is flared in the form of a half-funnel (61) which is located at the level of the maximum water level or the closable disgorging hole. This tube is interchangeable by means of its hollow base (39) beyond the wall. This base supports a hollow tee (40) vertically, the inside diameter of the transparent tube and a hollow circular groove of the thickness of the wall of the tube (41). the tube sinks slightly by force around the nipple and in the circular groove. The tube passes beforehand through support rings-g-ŒLêLes- e-fc (42) located vertically on the wall of the base container. Hollow engravings of the "diamond point" type on the transparent tube make it easier to read. The wick with a semi-rigid, porous metal frame, providing the water-earth connection (7), is - 4 - consisting of a frame of two wires of non-ferrous metal, non-oxidizable with water, twisted in tight journals imprinting fine and short silks of acrylic or similar wool, porous and rot-proof, sufficiently thick " so that they intermingle with each other, resembling a smaller object called" brush "in brush assembly. This wick is covered with a sheath or a band of the same material or flannel type, mounted in a spiral, making the wick with a thicker frame to hydrate the volume of soil of larger or very large flower pots. The wicks are folded or connected together by simple splicing to obtain the desired length without harming its capillary qualities. are cut with strong scissors or a small cutting pliers. The semi-rigid wick is obtained by means of a "crystal" or opaque plastic tube, filled heaped with the same tufts of thread protruding therein (13). These can only be shortened. These wicks easily dig into the ground of flower pots. The hydration of the soil in the pots and in the cups of flowers is obtained by means of a container-base water tank serving only to contain water, as described above; but over the entire surface of the base of the base or over the entire surface of the floor is placed a hydrating mat of acrylic wool or the like, porous and rot-proof (14). The mat is connected to the water by additional interleaved wicks (62-62 ') or constructed with its flexible wick (s) (15). This passes through the slots in the floor and plunges to touch the bottom of the water tank base container. The floor (16) receiving this moisturizing mat is provided with notches (17) on the perimeter of its edge for the flow of filling water. A short dice intended for flowerpots placed on the moisturizing mat is made up half in metal frame mounting, half in strip (18 ') 0 The base-tank with or without base is equipped on its two lateral edges with two hooks (19 ) if necessary made removable for hanging on balconies. A container without base (55) preferably fitted with a hydrating pad is to be suspended via the end from its upper corners of its pierced projecting edge (20) supporting the hooks of the suspension chains. Filling is done by hand, without depositing it. The water flows through the notches (17) of its floor in the transparent or translucent part of the base container, obtaining easy visual control of its level. An inclined position of 20 to 60 ° of the container-bases is obtained ' by means of a strip at right angles (24). This strip is fixed tight, but rotating on an axis (26), at the top of its angle (^ 5) and at the top * of the same lower angle of each side pa¬ king, the branch of i-oεitionnement (28) is provided at its upper part with a tetcn returns (29) and ends in a grip tab (30). The stud takes its position by rotary sliding and, by spring effect, is placed in the round housing of the side wall (31) determining the desired angle. The other, longer branch of the straight angle rule (28) is the leg branch. A quarter circle positioning bra che (28 ′) fulfills the same function. The same device, the long leg base of which ends in hook (63), is used for the inclined hooking of the base container. The thickness and the resistance of the strip of its nipple and its axis are a function of the weight to be supported. The inclina¬ ble base container, in addition to its disgorging hole, is provided with level lines displayed as a function of its inclination. On base containers remaining in an upright position, the inclined position of the flowerpots is obtained by means of an additional floor at a desired angle, with sharp edges (32), the floor being located at level (22) . The variable plane of the angle (33) is pierced with vertical slots (10) allowing passage to the wick with frame. For the long pedestal container, with a row of several pots, this additional floor may have only the width of the base of the flower pot, alternating at will a vertical and inclined presentation of the flower pots. A device obtains the constant and automatic supply of lice water - a large number of container-bases »By providing these with connecting tubes (35) with a stopcock (50) and for their - 6 - water inlet from a connecting tube fitted with an inner conduit (35 *) leading to a float valve (37) "The tubes being connected by pipes (36) to have the facul¬ distribution tee in all directions, it is preferable to first have a general supply tank (64) fitted with a flush type float valve (37) which will receive the water under pressure and equipped at its base with several connecting tubes (35) with its tap (50) _ This tank is in an elevated position relative to the first container-pedestal to be supplied which, itself, can supply another pedestal located at a level below or at the same level and so on. The connecting tubes, the aison pipes as well as the float valves have a diameter at least equal to the diameter of the connection tubes (35 Lu- general supply tank, the float valve fitted to the container-bases may be small dimensio since it controls only a natural slope water inlet the »Only the float valve of the supply tank receiving pressurized water is of type and dimension" flush "» U large ccnteneur-socle, which can contain many flowerpots, has its reinforced floor (65) and bottom (66) .Equipped with casters (67), it is used for handling and displaying flower words "A container -support of large flowerpots, comprising in one piece a fixed slotted floor (68 with its lateral edges (4), is placed horizontally flush with the water, at constant level of a piece of water or a basin (43). This positioning is obtained by means of pi columnar structures (44) of sufficient length to rest on the bottom of the pond and, at reasonable intervals, supporting the container ”The latter receives flower pots including wicks with frame or flexible (7) dive into the water, a few centimeters. A better floral presentation is obtained with a curved floor container (68 ′) in a quarter circle or in staircase (69) mu¬ ni of intermediate support edges (70) of flower pots. This presentation is one or two sided. Base containers for interiors (71 to 75) and large base containers for gardens or large support containers for. ponds, of all geometrical profiles (76 to 81), are used for flora¬ le decoration on land or on water. The container-tilting base 5 finds its place of presentation on a shelf with tubular support (82) of metal or constructed of wood, with or without floors ”This shelf is with one or two faces (82 ') and at variable spacing by tightening handles. (83) by which it is possible to vertically adapt the 10 automatic water supply device by tube (35) and pipes (36) T-connection and float valve (37) 9 the supply tank ( 84) both located at the upper part of the shelf and filled by hand., Intended for "flower towers" which it is preferable for the vertical carrier tube (46) to be assembled by screw (47) and nut (48) for tightening or placing the broken ring so¬ key supports (45) receiving the container-bases. the material commonly used is plastic, also for the transparent part as for the opaque portion Q that can be colored or decorated differently. The base content for interiors can be of style, using glass for the transparent or translucent part and ceramics or pottery or porcelain or even wood decorated for the opaque part. The dimension 5 of the water base container depends on the size of its flowerpot. The height of the transparent water base is at least half the height of the flowerpot.
