PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TEXTILE FABRIC Curt Erwin Forstmann, Montclair, N. J.

Be it known that I, Curt Erwin Forstmann, a citizen of the United States, residing at Montclair, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Textile Fabric, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing, the sole figure of which is a plan view of a piece of the textile fabric embodying the design of the present invention, the cloth depicted is of a single color.

The design comprises diagonal rows of spaced parallel bars, the bars extending transversely to the direction of the rows, the bars of alternate rows being wider than the bars of the interlying rows and the bars of adjacent rows slightly interdigitating. A salient feature of the design is the third-dimensional aspect by which the bars appear as depressions beneath the general surface of the cloth, the bars having a Woven texture contrasting with the nappy texture of the foreground.

The ornamental design for a textile fabric as described and shown.
