Be it known that I, WALLACE W. DE LANEY, a citizen of the United States, residing in New Haven, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Heating Pad or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification when taken in connection with the accompanying drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a face view of a heating pad showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is an edge view.

While the edge contour of the body or sheet of the heating pad is shown in dotted lines, it is to be understood that the body or sheet is of generally elliptical form, being longer in one dimension than in the other and tapering off at the ends. The bosses or extensions which project from the face of the pad are disposed toward the respective ends of the pad and in general contour and appearance harmonize with the end portions of the sheet or body. The bosses or projections have substantially fiat outer surfaces or summits and slanting side surfaces.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a heating pad or similar article substantially as shown and described.
