Be it known that I, PHILIP A. VOGELMAN, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at 15 West 81st Street, in the city of New York, county of New York, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Textile Fabric or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming apart thereof.

The figure is a plan-view of a textile fabric showing one fourth of my new design. The other three corners bearing the same design are arranged as indicated by the dotted lines in relationship to the detailed illustration to complete the pattern. The drawing is lined to indicate shading.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a textile fabric or similar article as shown and described.
