Be it known that I, GUSTAVE E. VILLARET,

' a citizen of the United States, residing at Leonia, Bergen County, New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Base for a Chandelier, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing,

' forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a bottom view of a base for a chandelier showing my new design, only a portion of the ornamentation being shown completed, the unornamented portion involving a mere repetition of the completed portion;

Fig. 2 is a fragmentary elevational view taken substantially along the line 22 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary elevational View taken substantially along the line 33 of Fig. 1.

I claim as my invention:

The ornamental design for a base for a chandelier substantially as shown.
