FIG. 5 is a front, perspective view of a tool collar for a plier hand tool shown at a reduced scale installed on a tool (not claimed).
The broken line showing of a tool in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 is included for the purpose of illustrating an example use of the claimed tool collar with the tool and forms no part of the claimed design.
