SPECIFICATION forming part 0f Design No. 35,923, dated May 27, 1902.
Application filed December 7, 1901. Serial No. 35.112. Term of patent 3l years.

Be it known that I, JOHN T. DONNELL, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of St. Louis, Missouri, have invented and pro duced a new and original Design for Souvenir Spoons, Forks, or Similar Articles, of which the following is a specilieation, referenee being made to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
Figure l is a plan View of a souvenir-spoon, showing my new design. Fig. 2 shows the reverse side of the spoon. Fig. 3 vis an edge View thereof.
The design, as shown in the drawings, eonsiste, essentially, of ahandle for a spoon, fork, or other table utensil, being formed of a shank l, which is of a gradual taper from its point of connection with the bowl toward the handle cnil, near cach end being ornament-,ed by a foliated design 2, that at the end farthest from the bowl being surmounted by a pagodalike ornamentation, the roof or upper inclined portion of Which is in representation of lat tice-work and which in turn is surmounted by a lattice-work globe 3, upon the extreme end of which is a cupola, as shown. The
shank portion is beaded centrally from its middle foliated design to that adjacent the bowl. The back of the handle design is fiat and without ornamentation.
I claim- The design for a souvenir spoon, fork, or similar article, substantially as herein shown and described.
