Be it known thatLEUGENE S. DEvLIN,a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city of New York, (Port Richmond, borough of Richmond) in the county of Richmond and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Pen and Pencil Holder, of which the followingis a specification, reference being had to the accom panying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which is represented a plan view of apen and pencil holder embodying the features of my design.

The leading feature of the design consists in an open-ring body A, the terminals B of which ring-body cross one another and are bowed in opposite directions, the members C thus bowed being separated, inclosing an approximately oval space.
