ALFRED A. DE LISLE, OF GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN.
DESIGN FOR A SHOW-CASE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 33,867, dated January 8, 1901.
Application filed October 29, 1900. Serial N0.34,85l. Term of patent 7 years.
1'0 all whom it may concern: 1
Be it known that I, ALFRED A. DE LISLE, a citizen of the United States, residing at the city of Grand Rapids, in the county of Kent and State of Michigan, have produced acertain new and original Design for a Show-Case, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a showcase, illustrating my design; and Fig. 2 is a sectional transverse view showing the form of molding of the base.
The leading feature of my design consists in a design for show-cases, as illustrated in the accompanying drawing.
Referring to the drawings, the upper part of the base has the curved or ogee molding extending at an inclination, as shown by A. Below the molding or curved part A is the straight piece B, and below B is the straight piece 0, projecting slightly beyond the part B, as shown. D denotesa rectangular skeleton frame above the base and has projecting from its rear inner side the rectangular shelves E F, the former above the latter. Beneath the shelves are brackets G, carrying inclined strips H. The bottom I of the frame D projects outwardly slightly beyond the top of the base on all sides thereof.
Having thus fully described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
The design for a show-case, substantially as described.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand in presence of two subscribing Witnesses.
ALFRED A. DE LISLE.
Witnesses:
EDWARD TAGGART, JAMES B. DAVIES.
