DESIGN FOR A. CLOCK-CASE.

To all whom @t 'may concern:

Be it known that I, PAscHAL CONVERSE, of New Haven, in the county of New Haven, and State of Connecticut, have invented a new Design for Clock-Case; and I do hereby ticolare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying drawing, and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, and which said drawing constitutes part of this specification, and represents a front View.

This invention relates to a design for what are known as cottage-clocks, and consists in the peculiar form of the top, which presents ve angles, that is to say, through the centre of the dial the upper part of the 'clock represents one-half of a ten-sided figure, and gives lto the case a much neater appearance than when formed in a half` Octagon or half circle, as has heretofore been the common design for this class of clocks.

The frame of the door around the dial is a circle in form, resting upon a base, which forms the lower part or panel of the door, and the whole case rests upon a base, the whole forming a new design, as fully shown and illustrated in the accompanying drawing.
