DESIGN PoR A TRADE-MARK To all whom 'it may concernJ Be it known that I, ALFRED BERNEY, oi' Jersey City, in the county of Hudson, and State of New J crsey, have originated and produced a new Design for a Trade-Mark, applicable to tea-kettle boilers and other culinary utensils, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, making part of this specification, and which represents my new design for a trade-mark as applied to a teafkettle boiler.

In the accompanying drawing, the trade-niark, as shown at A, is of circular character, with the words around the design, in lthe centre, A. Berneys Trade- Mark, New York, Patented, and on the design, in the centre, the words Use the Tea-Kettle Boiler. Said design, in the centre, consists of au ordinary tea-kettle, B, with its lid a on one side, detached, the kettle A having a boiler, (l, of taper form, seated within it, and provided with a lid, spout, and handle, mounted by a fanciful device, representing a cows udder, b, crossed by ears of corn, c e, and a sheai' of wheat, il.
