DESIGN FOR A LAClNG-HOOK.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,864, dated August 4, 1896.
Application filed November 13, 1895. Serial No- 568,858. Term of patent 14 years.
.To all whom, it may concern:
Be it known that I, ELEAZER KEMPSHALL, of Newton, in the county of Middlesex and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Laclug-Hooks, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to a new and original design for lacing-hooks; and it consists in the novel features of shape and configuration hereinafter fully described and particularly claimed, and clearly illustrated in the drawings.
Reference is to be had to the accompanying sheet of drawings, forming a part of this application, wherein like characters are used to indicate like parts wherever they occur.
Figure 1 is a perspective view showing my design. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional View thereof.
The essential feature of my design consists in an inverted dish-shaped head, said head being concave-convex in cross-section and having an irregular edge, the head being conneeted by a neck with a securing member and 25 arranged with its concave side and irregular edge toward said securing member.

The securing member I) is formed of one or more parts connected together and joined to the head by a neck f, the head being arranged with its concave side and irregular edge toward said securing member.
I claim- The design for a lacing-hook, substantially as shown and described.
