DESIGN FOR A PADLOCK-CASE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 23,686, dated October 9, 1894.

Application filed July 31. 1894. Serial No. 519,120. Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, FRANK W. MIX, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Stamford, in the county of Fairfield and State of Connecticut, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Padlock-Cases, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, which represents a perspective view of a padlock showing my design.

The leading features of my design consist in a body in the form of an oblong rectangular block having an upwardly extending circular ring of greater width than the body, sharply defined beveled shoulders from which the ring extends, and a circular eye within the ring projecting into the body of the case as shown.

1 represents the oblong rectangular body of the case, having the sharply defined beveled shoulders 1 located at the front and at the back of the upper end of the body.

2 is a circular ring extending upwardly from the beveled shoulders, and 3 is a circular eye within the ring projecting into the body of the case.

Having thus described my invention, the following is what I claim as new therein and desire to secure by Design Letters Patent:

The design fora padlock case substantially 3 o as herein shown and described.
