FIGS. 3 and 4 are fragmentarily shown for convenience of illustration. The lens panel is shaded to show contrast between the transparent lens and the opaque large and small ribs. It is understood that the lens panel may extend indefinitely lengthwise and Widthwise.

I claim: The ornamental design for a lens panel, as shown and described.
