FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.

The dominant features of my design reside in the portions shown in full lines. The broken line showing of a support pole and luminaire head is for illustrative purposes only and has been fragmentarily shown throughout for convenience of illustration.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a base for post top outdoor luminaires, substantially as shown and described.
