FIGURE 2 is a rear elevational view of the floodlight shown in FIGURE 1.

FIGURE 3 is a side elevational view of the fioodlight shown in FIGURES 1 and 2.

The side of the floodlight opposite to that shown in FIGURE 3 is identical with that shown in said figure.

I claim: The ornamental design for a floodl-ight, as shown and deseribed.
