D10-8) Figure 1 is a perspective view of a handle for windows embodying my new design, an associated window frame being shown fragmentarily in phantom lines for purpose of illustration and the handle of my new design being shown in locking position with respect thereto;

Figure 2 is a front elevational view of the handle shown in Figure 1; and

Figure 3 is a top plan view of the handle shown in Figure l.

The ornamental design for a handle for windows, as shown and described.
