Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof turned at an angle of 90;

Fig. 3 is a top plan view; and

Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken on the line 44 of Fig. 1.

The dominant features of the design reside in the hexagonal stem portion combined with the fiat faces of the triangular shaped head being disposed in substantially the same plane as every other face of the stem, all as shown.

The writing instrument shown in broken lines in Figs. 1 and 2 is merely for illustrative purposes.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a dialing attachment for a writing instrument or the like, substantially as shown and described.
