Term of patent 14 years (Cl. DWI-17) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Garfield L. Beckstrom, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook, and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Ball Point Pen or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Figure 1 is an elevational view of a ball point point pen, embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is an elevational view thereof with the pen rotated on its longitudinal axis through an angle of approximately 45 from the position shown in Fig. 1;

Fig. 3 is an enlarged view in horizontal cross section taken on the line 33 of Fig. 1 and viewed in the direction of the arrows;

Fig. 4 is an enlarged bottom plan view of the pen; and

Fig. 5 is an enlarged top plan view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a ball point pen or similar article, substantially as shown.
