Be it known that 1, Norman J. Mercer, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Brooklyn, county of Kings, city and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part hereof, and in which:

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a spoon, showing the essential features of my new design in full lines.

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view.

Fig. 3 is a transverse sectional view upon the line 8-3 of Fig. 1 and upon an enlarged scale as compared to Fig. 1. 1
