Be it known that I, Theodore G. Clement, a citizen of the United States of America and resident of Rochester, in the county of Monroe and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Front Plate for a Typewriting Machine, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a front elevation of a front plate for a typewriting machine, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a rear elevational View thereof;

Figure 3 is a side view thereof; and

Figure 4 is a sectional View on the line 4-4 of Figure 1.
