Term of patent 14 years `(Cl. D44-21) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Jack H. 'Firanzi a citizen of the United States, residing at San Jose, in the countxT of Santa Clara and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Milk Carton Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a side elevational View of a milk carton holder showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a front elevational View;

Fig. 4 is a rear elevational view; and

Fig. 5 is an elevational view taken in the direction of the arrow 5 in Fig. 2.

The ornamental design for a milk carton holder as shown.
