Be it known that I, Edwin Drewitz, a citizen of the United States of America and a resident of Long Island City, in the county of Queens and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Operating Handle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is an elevational view of an operating handle, showing my new design.

Fig. 3 is a top plan of the same.
