Be it known that I, Louis Casper, a citizen of the United States, residing in New York city, in the county of Queens and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Advertising Device or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

This application is a substitute application for application Serial No. D. 119,879, filed June 4, 1945, now abandoned.

Fig. 1 is a front view of an advertising device or similar article, showing my new design,

Fig. 2 is the rear view of the advertising device or similar article shown in Fig. 1, and

Fig. 3 is a side view of the advertising device or similar article shown in Figs. 1 and 2, on an enlarged scale.

The characteristic features of my new design reside in the portions shown on the drawing in full lines.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an advertising device or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
