Be it known that I, Stanley J. Rutka, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Gheen, county of St. Louis, and State of Minnesota, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Paper Dispenser, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a paper dispenser, showing my ne'w design, the vdispenser being in open position.

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view of the dispenser shown in Fig. 1, the dispenser being in closed position. i

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view of Fig. 2.

I claim: The ornamental design for a paper dispenser, as shown.
