Be it known that I, Kenneth Lowe, a citizen of the United States, residing at East Alto-n, in the county of Madison and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Wheel Spinner, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a wheel spinner, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is another perspective View thereof, taken from a side opposite to that shown in Figure 1; and

Figure 3 is atop plan view of the same.
