UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE SPECTACLE CASE OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Philip Klein, Maplewood, N. J., assignor to Gilbert Plastics, Inc., Newark, N. J a corporation of New Jersey To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Philip Klein, a citizen of the United States, residing in Maplewood, Essex County, New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spectacle Case or Similar Article, of which the followin is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof:

Fig. 1 is an elevational view of the spectacle case embodying my new design in its closed position,

Fig. 2 is a similar view of the spectacle case in the open position thereof, and

Fig. 3 is an end elevational View, taken on line 3-3 of Fig. 2.

I claim: The ornamental design for a spectacle case or similar article, as shown.
