Be it known that I, Max Mann, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and state of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hand Stamp, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a hand stamp showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a front end elevational view thereof taken from the left of Fig. 2.
