PATENT OFFICE HANDLE FOR COOKING UTENSILS OR THE LIKE Theodore Hess, New York, N. Y., asslgnor to Ekco Products Company, Chicago, 111., a corporation of Illinois To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Theodore Hess, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Handle for Cooking Utensils or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top perspective view on a reduced scale of a handle for cooking utensils, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view;

Fig. 3 is a side elevational View;

Fig. 4 is an end view as seen in the direction of the arrows 44 of Fig. 3; and

Fig. 5 is a transverse sectional view thereof taken on line 5-5 of Fig. 3.
