Be it known that I, Hettye S. Lazarus, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cap or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, constituting a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cap, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side view thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a perspective view thereof as it appears in folded position.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a cap or the like, substantially as shown.
