Be it known that I, Robert E. Gordenier, a citizen of the United States, residing in St. Paul, county of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Memorandum Sheet Holder or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Figure 2 is a front view thereof.

Figure 3 is a rear View thereof.

Figure 4 is a section on the line 4-4 of Figure 2.
