To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Barnet D. Kaplan, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city of New York, in the county of Bronx and State of New York, and Abner Weiner, a citizen of the United States, residing at city of New York, Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Desk File Rack or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
