Be it known that I, Rodney W. Perdew, a citi zen of the United States, residing at Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Rotary Hedge Clipper, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a rotary hedge clipper, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a front elevational view thereof; and

Fig. 4 is a bottom view thereof.

I claim: The ornamental design for a rotary hedge clipper, as shown.
