Be it known that 1, Kenneth C. Atkin, a citizen of the United States, residing at Muskegon, in the county of Muskegon and State of Michigan, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Rotary Disc Surface Finishing Machine, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a rotary disc surface finishing machine showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a front elevational view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a rotary disc surface finishing machine, substantially as shown.
