OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN ASH TRAY HOLDER 0R SIMILAR ARTICLE Stephen B. Herman, Cleveland, and Joseph S. Herman, Brooklyn Village, Ohio To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Stephen B. Herman, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Cleveland, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and Joseph S. Herman, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Brooklyn Village, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Ash Tray Holder or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing, Fig. 1 is a top plan view of an ash tray holder showing our new design, the ash tray being shown throughout in dotted lines; Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof on an enlarged scale as seen from a plane taken on the line 22 of Fig. 1 loOkiIlg in the direction of the arrows; and Fig. 3 is a front elevational view thereof on the same scale as Fig. 2 as seen from a plane taken on the line 3--3 of Fig. 1.
